Please read the user agreement below. You must agree to the terms to complete registration.
MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGMENT & INDEMNIFICATION OF THE NYWCC
I (on behalf of my company or organization, as its authorized representative, as set forth above; otherwise for myself individually if no company or organization is set forth above) acknowledge and agree:
(i) that the information contained in the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce (the “NYWCC”) directories and Web site is solely for informational purposes, and that no representation or warranty is made, and no responsibility is assumed, as to the accuracy, quality, timeliness or availability (including, without limitation, “uptime” of the Web site) of any information provided therein;
(ii) that the NYWCC directories and Web site are not intended to be a source of advertising, solicitation or business advice; to create any business relationship; or to substitute for personalized business advice;
(iii) that any listings or links in the NYWCC directories and Web site are not intended to be referrals or endorsements of the listed or linked members and entities;
(iv) to indemnify and hold harmless the NYWCC and its directors, officers, employees and representatives from and against any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred or suffered as a consequence of any claim asserted against any of them related to or arising out of any listing of, or link to the Web site of, myself or my company or organization, as the case may be, in any NYWCC directory or Web site;
and (v) that NYWCC will be authorized to auto-renew my membership upon the anniversary date of my renewal and charge my credit card listed above with the annual membership fee that I have selected. Should I wish to opt out of this at any time, I must cancel online or provide the Chamber with notice prior to my renewal date.
The foregoing acknowledgment and agreement shall survive any expiration or termination of this NYWCC membership.
